1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled.
However, you may be eligible to apply for a return or exchange after receiving the product — as per our Refund & Return Policy.
3. Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, if cancellation is requested before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once shipped, no refund will be issued for cancellation requests.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
If you refuse to accept a COD order at the time of delivery, future orders may require prepaid payment to confirm.
5. Delay in Processing or Product Unavailability
In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable or delayed beyond expected time, Knock Originals reserves the right to cancel the order.
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated automatically.
6. Bulk or Custom Orders
Bulk, customized, or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as they are made specifically for you.
7. Refund Timeline After Cancellation
Approved refunds (for eligible cancellations) will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment source.
