At Knock Originals, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product meets our quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you with easy returns and refunds, under the conditions below.
We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:
Returns are only applicable for damaged or defective products.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue with the product. This helps us verify the claim and assist you promptly.
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt) is required.
Items that appear used, damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once your return request is approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.
Please pack the product securely and ship it back to the provided address.
After inspection, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
If the return is due to a defective, wrong, or damaged item, Knock Originals will bear the shipping charges.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g. size issue, dislike), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (in case of prepaid orders).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or wallet credit as applicable.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are allowed only for size of the same product (subject to availability).
You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
If the desired size is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
First, check your bank account or payment wallet again.
Then contact your bank or payment provider — refunds may take some time to reflect.
If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at knockcloths@gmail.com.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
